Thoughts: Mr. Biden has given infrastructure agenda a new meaning by including ‘human infrastructure’ to the traditional ‘hard’ infrastructure. However, the former part has grown to an unreal size because of the circumstances, and now Mr. Biden have to successfully deliver both in similar timing. In the process, he has sometimes acted unneedingly aggressive, and now he has to face the criticism of ‘resembling Obama’s tortuous, incremental procedure’. Personally, the problem was that the concept and the details of ‘Human Infrastructure’ agenda was vague to begin with, and the whole COVID rises messed up the oppertunity to fine-tune the specifics. Whatever the reason, Mr. Biden is giving citizens the impression of being slow and not doing much. If this continues, the overall image of the US might have a impact on 3rd world countries that are deciding where to be allies with.
